Will you change your name(s)?
We've decided to both keep our birthnames. We would have liked to both have a combination of our names, but that's not possible in Germany.
Why are you not having a church ceremony?
In Germany you can only get married in a church if you pay churchtax (9% of income), which we don't.
Why am I not invited?
We've decided to keep the wedding small by inviting our parents, brothers, relatives who don't live too far, and two close friends each.
